I am Trevor Watkinson, weight management consultant and President & CEO of Save Your Sweat Weight Management Inc., a company I created to help people understand that exercise is not necessary for quick weight loss.

I am a former all-natural bodybuilder who has spent over ten years gathering workout and weight management information.  I no longer advocate exercise as a way to achieve the quickest weight loss.  You would have to threaten me with death to get me to go jogging or pick up a dumbbell in an effort to lose weight.  There is nothing wrong with any exercise activity you enjoy, but exercise is not necessary for weight loss.

I started this company for two specific groups of people.  The first group consists of those people who have independently come to the decision that they can no longer continue having to struggle into their pants every day. These people have reached a tipping point where they absolutely must do something to attain quick weight loss success.  If you are part of this first group, congratulations!  Read on!

The second group consists of people who have for whatever reason decided to investigate what they can do to acquire quick weight loss results, but have not come to the decision on their own.  These people have allowed society, friends, family and corporate advertising to influence their decision and make them feel unworthy of general respect.  I encourage this group to read on as well!

Let me say here that everyone is deserving of respect!  If you are part of group two, just by finding this website, you have made the first step in what may become a lifelong commitment to weight management and making healthier choices.

Once you apply the main principle in my quick weight loss guide "Save Your Sweat", you need never spend any more money on quick weight loss products or gym memberships in order to achieve weight loss.  Group one readers have probably already been working on their weight loss problem and just have not been getting the results they wanted.  The information contained herein can help both groups achieve their goals quickly and maintain them for a lifetime, for very little cost.

My main motivation for writing "Save Your Sweat", the quick weight loss ebook arose from the diet, health and exercise mania that has been steadily and increasingly sweeping North America for the last 25 years.  It seems that every year there is more pressure from print media and television to look younger, stay thinner, etc.

All of the products on the market today, from the major players in the weight loss industry to the individual supplements available at health food stores have the same goal; they all appeal to our vanity!  Our vanity has made most of us prisoners to the North American weight loss system juggernaut that ends up costing us and others around the world billions of dollars per year.  I am only interested in trying to look good for my wife, which is one of the reasons why I no longer compete in bodybuilding.

I offer my quick weight loss ebook for FREE in order to save you money.  I encourage you to look around for a quick weight loss guide at other weight loss sites and find out how much their "weight loss programs" cost.  I believe that the information needed to lose weight should not only be available to a select few who can afford to pay a high price for it.  People everywhere should have access to information which if applied consistently can free them from the prison of obesity.
